Common questions

Is the offer binding?

The offer is indicative and applies until we inspect the device. If the condition matches your description, the amount stays the same.

What do I need to bring?

Your ID and the device. Charger and original box are not required, but they can improve the offer.

When do I get paid?

Right at handover, in cash or by transfer, whichever suits you.

Do you buy damaged devices?

Yes. Cracked glass or a weak battery does not mean the device is worthless, the offer is simply lower.

Can I put the amount toward a new device?

You can. In that case the offer is usually better than a cash payout.

Do I have to come to Zagreb?
