These terms govern the relationship between the seller Mobilux trade d.o.o. and the customer through the online store mobilux.shop. The customer is any person who electronically orders and pays for at least one product. By purchasing, the customer confirms that they are aware of and accept these terms.
The customer orders products electronically. All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The price is valid at the time of order confirmation. Before confirming payment, the customer is shown the product price, shipping cost, and the total amount to pay.
Payment is possible by Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards via the Monri WebPay payment gateway, as well as by other offered methods (cash on delivery, proforma invoice). For card payments, the transaction takes place on a secure Monri page; card details are not stored by the seller.
Products are packaged so as not to be damaged during normal handling. The seller dispatches the shipment within 1–3 business days of receiving confirmation of transaction approval. The cost and delivery time are displayed before order confirmation. Upon pickup, the customer is obliged to check the shipment and, in case of visible damage, immediately report it to the delivery person.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without stating a reason. The period begins on the day the product is taken into the customer's possession. To exercise this right, the customer informs the seller with an unambiguous statement at info@mobi-lux.com before the deadline expires.
In case of termination, the seller refunds the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the notification, using the same payment method by which the payment was made. The customer returns the product without delay, and the direct cost of return is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
The seller is liable for material defects in accordance with the Law on Obligations. Complaints should be sent to info@mobi-lux.com with a description of the defect and order number. Refunds are issued exclusively in the same way and to the same card used for payment.
The seller reserves the right to change these terms. For anything not regulated by these terms, the valid regulations of the Republic of Croatia apply. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during purchase.
